1. What we do
OverseasBucket buys gifts, groceries and other items in India on your behalf and delivers them to an address in India that you give us. Nothing is shipped across a border. You can order from anywhere in the world; the delivery is always in India.
2. Orders and prices
- All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include taxes where applicable.
- Items on the website have fixed prices. Items marked "from" and requests written in your own words get a fixed quote from us before you pay.
- Your bill shows every item, the delivery charge and any discount. Nothing is added after you pay.
- An order is accepted once it is paid. If an item is unavailable, we offer a similar item at the same price or refund that item.
3. Payment
- You can pay online through our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, netbanking), or by UPI or bank transfer to our account and send us the payment screenshot.
- Family members in India may pay the bill using the bill link.
- We never ask for card details on WhatsApp or by email.
4. Delivery
Same-day delivery is available in our cities; every other place in India is delivered by courier. Details are in our Shipping and delivery policy.

6. What we cannot send
We do not buy or deliver anything that is illegal in India, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, hazardous goods, cash or valuables beyond a shagun envelope, or prescription medicines without a valid prescription.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give a correct and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number for the receiver.
- Card messages and requests must not be offensive or unlawful.
8. Photos
We may take a photo at delivery and share it with you. We show it on our website only with the family's permission.
9. Liability
We take care in choosing, packing and delivering every order. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong addresses, the receiver not being available, courier delays, strikes, weather or other events outside our control.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
