What we collect
- Your name, email, WhatsApp number and country, when you order or create an account.
- The receiver's name, phone number and delivery address, and the addresses you save.
- Order details: items, card messages, delivery dates, bills and payment status.
- Payment screenshots you upload, and delivery photos we take.
- Dates you save for reminders (birthdays, anniversaries).
We do not see or store your card or bank login details; online payments are handled by Cashfree Payments.
How we use it
- To buy, pack and deliver your order and keep you updated on WhatsApp and email.
- To send the bill, check payments and handle refunds.
- To send reminders you asked for.
Who we share it with
- Shiprocket and its courier partners: the receiver's name, phone and address, to deliver courier orders.
- Cashfree Payments: what is needed to process online payments.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.
Cookies
We use a login cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser keeps your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. You can ask us to delete your account and saved addresses at any time by emailing hello@overseasbucket.com.
